Added mode words to stty(1) for turning tandem mode on and off.  This
is mostly to permit some experimenting with better uploading of stuff
from TRS-100's, which really do need some kind of handshaking.  The
V7 tandem mode is known to have bugs, but we can pursue those later
if they turn out to cause trouble.
