I am one of those people that like to know what is going on elsewhere, so I welcome the announcements. Unfortunately, my appetite is only whetted by them. Therefore, I would like to suggest that, WHENEVER possible, summaries of these talks should be submitted to the net. I realize that this isn't always practical, nevertheless, I would like to encourage people to submit these talk reviews.
