1) Are there any major diferences between 4.1c and 4.2, and if so what
	are they? I don't care about bug fixes unless it was serious
	(ie, system clock lost track of time, etc)

2) What are the sizes of buffers allocated during auto-cofiguration?
	Is there a single internal buffer size (eg used by stdio)
	or are there multiple sizes which conform to disk "block"
	sizes?
