Since the dh and dz drivers both turn framing errors into the current interrupt character, it doesn't matter what you set it to--you'll still get interrupts on a noisy line. And since more runs in CBREAK mode, the interrupt character terminates the program. It's also true that more treats a rubout in response to its prompt the same way it treats a q.
