I neglected to include information on how to order the proceedings from the
Human Factors Society meeting.  If you are interested in doing so, write to:

		Human Factors Society
		Publications Department
		P.O. Box 1369
		Santa Monica, California 90406

The proceedings are entitled:
"Proceedings of the Human Factors Society 27th Annual Meeting (Volumes 1&2)"

You will have to request the price information from them, as it varies for
members and non-members. You can also request membership applications using the
address above, but directing it to the Executive Administrator rather than
publications.  Membership fees are $37(US) for Members and Associates, $15(US)
for Students. With membership, you receive the bimonthly journal "Human
Factors" and the monthly "Human Factors Bulletin".
