I have a flight manifest, published in February, 1982,
by NASA, which lists scheduled launch dates, numbers of
crew, cargo manifests (non DoD), mission durations, and
orbiters for the first 64 flights of the shuttle.  Obviously,
this is out of date.  For example, by the end of this
year, we were to have launched up to STS-11 (STS-10
was to launch on 5 November by this schedule.)  The
manifest lists 5 planned flights for next year.  I don't
know how many NASA now plans, but I will post the information
as soon as I get it.
