This isn't a story ABOUT MARS, but is a story TOLD by the MARS author. You see the writer of MARS was at Geppies of Silver Spring on a promotion tour. He informed me that once he was on a comic panel with various people including the author of WARP. Since this was a typical panel, all of the fans wanted to hear about "Spidey" or The inedible Bulk, not from someone that wrote a comic with a wierd name. The moderator took pity on the WARP author and said, "You know, I have always wondered, do you think of the WARP characters as superheros?" The WARP author (you'd never know that I can't remember his name, would you) speaks very slowly, and with many pauses. "Well," said he, "I have always been a superhero lover..." After a terrible pause, Mark and Marc (of MARS "fame") looked at one another and said "What a man!" Maybe you HAD to be there. OZ seismo!rlgvax!oz
