I'm interested in analyzing my diet for carbohydrates, protein, fat (saturated/unsaturated), sodium, fiber, etc (anything I can!). Even a limited database would be of interest. A good analysis program would be neat too. How about something to calculate how the various quantities of amino acids in various protein sources complement each other (in relation to "balanced" protein sources like eggs), ala that wonderful book "Diet for a Small Planet"? -Neal McBurnett, ihnp4!druxv!neal
