Hope you enjoy it as much and my family does. Pumpkin Cake Mix well: 2 cups sugar 1 cup corn oil 4 eggs (well beaten) 2 cups pumpkin Sift together and add: 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon allspice Pour batter into three greased and floured 9-in. cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Frosting Mix these ingredients in saucepan and cook until thick: 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs (well beaten) 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup milk Add: 1 cup nuts, broken into pieces (I use pecans) 1 cup golden raisins 1 can coconut 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla Cool and spread on cake.
