	this is to ask for references on COMPUTER COMMUNICATIONS IN
	HF (RADIO) CHANNELS.

	a friend of mine is trying to do something about that and is
	running very short of references, but for two or three which are
	some 15 years old.

	does anybody out there know of any report, thesis, paper or
	whatever on (or at least connected to) the subject?

	we would be eternally grateful to anyone providing any sort of
	information.
