Features:	-Hayes 1200 compatible
		-300/1200 Bell 212 
		-auto-dial / auto-answer
		-dial-tone / busy signal detect	

Good things:	-Price
		-Hayes compatibility
		-low error rate
		-tone/busy detect

Bad things:	-No speaker
		-Doesn't do everything exactly as Hayes 1200
		-No user dippable options
		-very sparse, preliminary documentation	
		-cheese-ball packaging
		
Testimonial:	-Despite the bad things, I think this is the best modem i have
	     seen in terms of cost/performance.
