PTNs or anything else are perfectly within your rights to build. If society
doesn't feel that way, Nuke 'em!

On a more serious note: why should society be able to constrain the individual
in ANY way, until the individual has PROVEN themselves unethical? I favor
anarchy! NOONE should have the right to impose their will on another (in
an ethical society). Unethical individuals should be devorced from the society.
You choose the method. If the individual isn't ethical, they have no rights
anyway.
