When I was in New Hampshire, my rates were the lowest I have ever seen
$250/yr.  Why?  Because NH doesn't require insurance for good drivers!
So if you get it (and you have to with all the crafty lawyers out there),
it is real cheap.   I won't mention what my rates went to in Boston.
