UN 5263 sounds like BS to me.  By the way, Websters defines the word "lot":

	Lot: " ... 8. a considerable quantity. "

Some may deem this as slang, or an unconscionable contortion of the
(GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!) English Language.  Well, tough luck.  If you want
machines to read it, learn Loglan.
