If I saw a car (which was coming from the left on a cross street) signal
for a right turn, I wouldn't attempt to save 15 seconds by going through
the intersection.  The driver might have his[her] turn signal on by mistake,
or might change his mind at the last moment, or (if in Boston) might believe
that it is appropriate to signal for a right turn when going straight.
