Ellis-michael had a flame which, although reeking of 
"American closed-minded chauvinism" had some very good points.
I'd like to point out that that two countries had approximatley
zero (or less) population growth in the seventies- USA and Iran.
For very different reasons.
Perhaps instead of USING the results of our good sense, the rest
of the world might want to follow our example.
