Went in, got seated, decided what I wanted, and waited for someone to take my order. Waited. Waited. Yawn. Read the fine print on the menu. Something to the effect that the 5 minutes starts when you place your order. After 15 minutes, I got disgusted and left. Went to Ponderosa and had a nice, fast lunch. This is not the first time. Tried it about a month ago and the exact same thing happened. If they won't take your order, you can't get a pizza. Nor must they give you a free pizza. IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY, DO NOT BELIEVE THE PIZZA HUT COMMERCIALS.
