I am not married either, but in my case they cover this case. It says, "If you are married, your spouse must be present", and further down, "proof of marital status (single or divorced) will be required if you come alone in order to collect your prize", and "proof of sufficient income will be required". I get them from various condo sales companies regarding ski resort areas here in Colorado (specifically, Silver Creek and Vail). I have not noticed where they are mailed from, but will make it a point to look next time. This seems to be a common trend in the real estate industry these days. Apparently they are having trouble selling, and need to attract more potential buyers. BTW, I do fit into their suggested income range, but I can't even afford a residential condo, never mind recreational. I wonder where they get their figures from!
