But one thing I haven't seen mentioned. In the early days of the invasion, there was a news report that the light plane carrying US and other diplomats to confer with the new regime was fired upon, and not allowed to land. Now, this mission was requested by the new government in Grenada, supposedly to arrange for the evacuation of any foreign nationals interested in leaving. Firing upon diplomatic personnel has to be fairly close to an act of war, and certainly indicates that not everything is under control in the country. On the other hand, I have not heard any other references to this, so perhaps the intial news report was incorrect. One thing I do miss, is unbiased coverage, free from both government censorship and journalistic ambition.
