Does anyone out in ARPAland know what really happened? (Too bad UCLA isn't on Usenet yet - I know they're working on it.) Was it the ARPANET or MILNET that was broken into? I think the split has already occurred, although I don't know if it's still possible to get to MILNET via TCP.
