I think letting the receiver of a call know who is calling before
answering would be a horrible idea.  People might keep trying for
days or weeks, thinking you were really not at home, when in fact
you were ignoring their call.  Answering, and hanging up if necessary,
is better by far for both sides, especially the caller.
