I am a backgammon player of several years, but neither I nor the people I play with are sure of what is menat by these terms. Guess: From the context of things I have seen, the meanings are....... gammon : to complete getting your pieces off the board while the opponent still has pieces not in his/her home board. backgammon : to complete getting your pieces off the board before your opponent removes any pieces from the board. Are these correct? Don Stanwyck ihnp4!ihuxr!stanwyck
