  In the next week or so I will be setting up an Empire game here at
Dartmouth. I would really appreciate input on problems people have had
getting Empire to run and how the set the game up once the package
was running. What is a good number of people? How many sectors should
we have? What sort of distribution should exist? Thanks in advance.
