I'm not a ham, so it won't affect me directly (at least, not right away),
but I wonder if anybody has tried playing frp games using ham radio
'networks'?  I gather that such things are basically a schedule of when
people with a particular interest all get together on the same frequency
or frequencies to discuss whatever it is, and that some even play chess
