It's a organization for creating awareness about hearing loss, conducting classes, referring people to medical professionals, representing hard of hearing people, improving communication access and more. SHHH...is a volunteer, national organization of hard of hearing people, their relatives and friends. It is a non- profit, non-sectarian educational organization devoted to the welfare and interests of those who, while not deaf, cannot hear well. SHHH membership is currently over 4000 people in all 50 states, Canada, Australia, Europe and the Middle East. The Boulder Chapter would like to extend an invitation to anyone in the Denver or Boulder area who would be interested in finding out more information about the organization to contact Colette or come to a meeting October 12, 1983 at Memorial Hospital in Boulder, time 7:30pm.
