(This should go into net.config but net.config wasn't on decvax
and I did not want to waste the distribution time.  Sorry.)

The system decvax will be down from about 6:00AM Sat, Oct 15, 1983
and will be up Sun, Oct 16, 1983.

The building is being shut down so that electric power switches
can be worked on.
