	Is the Electronics Research Laboratory of University of
	California, Berkeley on the net? I am looking for a few
	reports  published by the Lab  (on simulation  programs
	they developed). I would appreciate it if someone could
	send me the network (UUCP, ARPA or CS) or the snail (US)
	mail address of the contact person (someone in charge of 
	publications) at the ERL.
