While checking my watch against WWV on 15 mhz, I noticed a weak signal
in the background that appeared to be another standard time station (no,
it wasn't WWVH, which was also barely audible.)  It had seconds pulses
consisting of tone bursts about 100 ms or so long that were about 1/2
second late with respect to WWV.  On the 29 and 59th minutes of the hour
it signed "BPM" repeatedly in mcw.  In my references this isn't listed
as a standard time station. The prefix "B" is supposed to be China. Any
ideas?
