It had seconds pulses consisting of tone bursts about 100 ms or so long that were about 1/2 second late with respect to WWV. On the 29 and 59th minutes of the hour it signed "BPM" repeatedly in mcw. In my references this isn't listed as a standard time station. The prefix "B" is supposed to be China. Any ideas? Phil
