I have tried the program from March 81 Ham Radio, and it works fine.
The only problem is the required element entry format is different than
that normally supplied for OSCAR10. The program requires 'time reference
at apogee' and 'longitude at apogee', rather than RAAN and Epoch.

Does anybody have a modified version of the program, for the normal
data points, or any suggestions.
