       Members of the AT&T Bell	Laboratories  Indian  Hill  Amateur
       Radio  Club  (WA9WSL),  here  in	 Naperville,  IL, have been
       monitoring the emergency	radio  traffic	from  KA2ORK/J2	 in
       Grenada.	 We have been listening	on 14.351 MHz USB.

       Apparently, the FCC has	given  a  few  designated  amateurs
       special	permission  to	participate  in	 this directed net,
       outside the 20 meter amateur band.
