to all radio amateurs  bt

the fcc has declared the urgency of the communications emergency
with the island of grenada, west indies, has subsided.  therefore,
effective immediately, the fcc has cancelled, repeat cancelled,
emergency temporary third party traffic authorization for amateur
communications between gredada and the united states.  fcc stated
further there are no longer any frequencies, either amateur or non
amateur, set aside for emergency communications by amateurs with
grenada.  also, any previously authorized use of amateur cw subbands
for telephone use between the u.s. and grenada is now cancelled  ar
