I met someone the other day who claimed to make 
over $10,000 a year from buying and selling comic books.

Does anyone know if this is really possible?  He claimed
that if he quit his regular job (prof at a NYC university),
he'd make a 6 figure income.  He also has a warehouse full
of 100,000 comics "aging" until they're worth more (he said).
