Immediate  job  opening  for  software   quality   assurance
position at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Job description:  establish quality assurance guidelines for
software  development at national scientific laboratory with
5,000 users; provide recommendation for tools  for  software
development  and  maintenance;  develop  software acceptance
tests; define user interface for wide variety of system  and
application codes;

Education:  degree in computer science or related field  (or
equivalent).

Computing Facilities:  wide variety  of  hardware  including
dual  cpu  Cray X-MP, 4 Cray-s, large number of VAX 11/780s,
and  IBM  personal  computers.   In  addition  to  2   local
operating  systems,  this  facility  supports UNIX, VMS, and
NOS.  Excellent learning opportunity  with  state-of-the-art
hardware.
