One of the most memorable error messages an operating system has ever
spewed at me came from an old TENEX system many years ago.  It
was something like:

JSYS 82828646282 IMPOSSIBLE TENEX INTERNAL ERROR.
	         YOU WILL NEVER SEE THIS MESSAGE.
