This was a real good one.  I forget the exact circumstances, I saw it
as an undergraduate at Morehead S.U. a couple of years ago.
We were running Pr1mos on a pr1me 550 and it may have been some
sort of file checking.  I was just lucky enough to be around when 
the system manager got the beautiful error message:

     Error!
     See system programmer # 9

Then the system died.
