(TRUE STORY)

      An interesting factor to note;
The friday before James Watt resigned, a Senator from New Mexico
(sorry, I missed the name) was heard on the air over CBS newsradio
saying (re:JW's gaffe);"James Watt is a fine administrator..."(or words
to that effect)" he should be judged *on his record alone*, and not on any
unfortunate remark he might have made..."

    Maybe Watt felt that the laughter was too much???
