To run TPM, it is recommended to obtain a special keyboard in addition to the one supplied with Valdocs. Alternatively, a program called keyswap may be executed to "reconfigure" the Valdocs keyboard for TPM operation. When executing this program on our QX-10, the following message is displayed on the screen: "Can't handle this for some reason. See Roger." If it had printed his phone number, I would have been glad to call him, but I'm certainly not going to go looking for him!
