Data General RDOS used to have a panic message which said something to the
effect of:

	CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE JUST ENCOUNTERED THE "FATAL FREEBURG"!

The "FATAL FREEBURG" was named after the person who discovered an obscure
race condition under which RDOS might crash once in several thousand years.
He insisted that RDOS be changed to check for this condition.  The RDOS
group at DG got so pissed at this person that they inserted this message,
knowing that no user would ever see it.

P.S.: Of course, the name of Mr. "FREEBURG" has been changed to protect the
innocent.
