According to the English translation, restaurant guests were offered the following dishes: "salad, a firm's own make; limpid red beet soup with cheesy dumplings in the form of a finger; sirloin in clotted cream; a slice of bovine meat; beef rashers beaten up in the country people fashion; ham below the knee pickled and cooked; and roasted duck let loose."
