a family had their first child, and to everyones surprise,
their child was nothing but a head!  no torso, no legs, no
arms, no NOTHING!!  well, (just to keep the joke going) the
head survived!!  

john, the head, had to live in a special little room built just
for his little head.  his parents, being wealthy, had special 
teachers come in, and he grew up as well as a child without a
torso could.

when john was 15 his parents decided to take their first vacation
without him, a long cruise to hawaii.  on the ship they met a
doctor from africa, who had heard of thier body-less son.  he
claimed that, while his techniques were not thoroughly tested, 
he could add a body to john.  john's parents went crazy!!  they
simply couldn't believe it.  they had a helicopter come take them
off the cruise ship and fly them home.

they rushed into johns' room, filled with joy.  his father said
"john, john, you're never going to guess what we have for you!!!"

"aw dad, not another hat," replied john.
