Isn't it true that net.jokes is supposed to be only for articles
that are actually jokes?  So how come I'm reading all these articles
*about* jokes, tastes in jokes, quotes from error messages and IBM
manuals?  Don't these things really belong in net.jokes.d folks?
Let's be serious for a moment...when was the last time you read some-
thing funny on net.jokes?
