	HOLD IT!  Before you Neptunians send any invasion force to Earth, just
make sure that you scout us first to ensure that the relative sizes of our races
will facilitate an invasion.  The last time we were invaded the attackees lost
half their population when their invasion force was swallowed by a small dog.....
