The second Smalltalk book, "Bits of History, Words of Advice", is available
in Canada, from a bookstore or right from Addison-Wesley in Don Mills.  The
cost is Cdn$23.95, so we're getting a break this time-- the US price is
US$21.95.  The table of contents has already been dealt with on the net;
all I can add for now is that there are some very technical cartoons
included, and some good examples of performance analysis of complex systems
(ST80 virtual machine interpreters).
