Since installing news2.10 the -M option on my UCB
mail program (version 2.0) is broken.
I get the following:

	readnews: Cannot open /tmp/M2018180 (r).

and my .newsrc file is most cruelly truncated.

Advice/fixes would be most gratefully received (by mail).
