According to an article in ISO World, a MCI will mail first-class
letters through the USPS.  Overnight letters will be distributed
under a contract with Purolator Corp. courier service.  In cities
with a MCI postal service center, a letter can be delivered within
four hours.

William McGowan, MCI chairman and chief executive officer, said the
company spent approximately $40 million to develop the new system.
