i was recently successful in upgrading a
16 kw pdt-150b (mst11-ac) to 32 kw (mst11-ad) by in-
stalling dip sockets and 150 ns 4116 ram chips.
one option strap (w3) was required. the system
has been functioning for two weeks without
a single problem. i would guess this $40 pro-
ject allowed me to avoid a $1000 bill from
dec.
