     The University of Guelph CS department has	come up	 with  an
interesting  concept.	If  a  student	is takeing a CS	course is
logged on for more than	fives hours for	 each  assignment,  marks
are deducted from them.

     Sounds like a good	way to stop people from	becomming hacks.

     Thats life	(I suppose)
