	The "innovative" technique of filming live action and drawing
over the resulting pictures is called rotoscoping.  This method is 
probably as old as filmmaking itself. In fact, Walt Disney used it in
the 1930's to make Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs.
	Why do people make such a big deal about Bakshi? "Wizards" was 
crap, "Lord of the Rings" was half a movie, and nothing I have heard has
made me regret not seeing his other films.
