Kent University, England Lines: 14 Due to industrial action at British Telecom there are expected to be problems with international exchanges in the UK. These problems could get so bad that some international exchanges close completely, however, nobody knows which ones. This means that links into the UK could be lost with no warning at all. We have no idea when (or if) this will actually happen and how many of our links may be affected. So, be prepared to find long delays on any mail or news routed through ukc or edcaad.
