Cyb-eng is having rather serious hardware troubles and has been down
for several days.  It is not clear when they will be back up (soon, I hope).
This means cyb-eng and shell are off USENET for the moment, though
mail can still reach shell if it goes through ut-sally and not cyb-eng.
